Should the St. Louis Giants of 1906-1921 (managed by the café owner and Democratic Party official Charlie Mills) and the St. Louis Stars of 1922-1931 (owned and financed by a number of people, most prominently the nightclub owner and Republican Party official Dick Kent) be considered the same team?
